Search History lets you view previous search strategies as well as re-execute previous Quick and Expert searches.

Search History allows you to combine previously executed searches as well.

Other Search History features include saving searches to Personal Folders, and setting up searches as E-mail Alerts. Personal account registration is required to use these additional features.
